Class Policies

1. Do not do your own routine. This is discourteous and distracting to your fellow members and your instructor. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from following the routine, please consult your doctor and inform the instructor. 2. Be on time. The warm-up is important to avoid injury. If you are late, warm up before entering the classroom.
3. Be considerate of other members exercise space. Do not crowd a member who has arrived in class before you. 4. Keep conversation to a minimum.
5. Do not enter the classroom before the current class is finished. 6. Shirts must be worn and proper shoes are required.
7. Water may be taken into the classroom, provided it is in an enclosed, unbreakable water bottle. 8. If you have to leave class early, please take time to cool down in order to prevent injury.
9. Members must sign in at front desk before ALL classes. 10. Classes are closed 10 minutes after the class time begins. Please do not request to be the exception.
11. Hand held, wrist and/or ankle weights are not permitted during the aerobic portion of classes. No Exceptions! 12. Pattie Poindexter is always right!

15. Please do not use equipment unless directed by a group fitness instructor. 16. Please do not bring gym bags, purses, coats, etc. in the aerobics room. 
17. Do not reserve space in class or write down names for others.
