The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, supervising employees (which includes hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating job performance), management of membership and personal training sales and monitoring revenue to ensure that the company meets or exceeds revenue goals.
Assistant Club Manager
The Assistant Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, assist the club manager with all book keeping duties and responsibilities including conducting all banking and making all necessary deposits and bill paying, supervising all staff, provide back-up assistance in all areas of the gym operations on an "as needed" basis and address and resolve complaints, comments and suggestions from members and staff.
Member Service Representative (Part-time)
A Member Service Representative is the main contact point for members, guests, vendors, and staff of the facility. As such, customer service is critical and activities like greeting members, positive encouragement, and portraying Defined Fitness in a positive way is necessary for success in this position. Supervised Care Attendant (Part-time)
A Supervised Care Attendant is responsible for supervising the safety of the members’ children while members are using the facility. This position requires duties of maintaining a clean, healthy environment and interacting with children and parents. more details...
Personal Trainer (Part-time and Full-Time)
A Personal Trainer is there to help members achieve fitness and wellness goals. Required duties include giving member orientations/ consultations, floor duty, and providing Personal Advantage sessions to clients. This position reports directly to the Personal Training Manager. more details...
Group Exercise Coordinator
The Group Exercise Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Group Exercise Instructors and their respective departments such as Group Exercise, Yoga, Pilates, Aquatics and Cycling. The Group Exercise Coordinator will ensure personal attention and state-of-the-Art instruction within the classes. In addition to developing and coordinating activities in a cost effective manner, the classes offered will significantly contribute to each member's health and fitness goals.
Group Fitness (Part-time)
A Group Fitness Instructor will educate and lead members in Group Fitness classes with a focus towards assisting them in achieving their fitness goals in a safe and friendly manner. Custodial Supervisor
Custodial Supervisors will lead and manage personnel in the custodial department , assist club management with day-to-day custodial tasks, guide staff in custodial service expectations and ensure that the highest level of club cleanliness and safety is maintained.
Facility Maintenance Technician
The main function of a Facility Maintenance Technician is to maintain the equipment and
operating systems in and outside of the gym. This is done through continuous walkthroughs
throughout the entire facility and the parking lot. This position reports regularly with

Parisi Speed School Program Coordinator
The Parisi Program Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining clientele, achieving monthly Evaluation and Camp Sales goals, meeting or exceeding monthly budget goals, conducting training sessions when needed and managing the Parisi trainers.
Parisi Speed School Program Trainer
The Parisi Trainers will conduct group sessions that adhere to and promote the core values of the Parisi organization: Honesty in Relationships, Positive in Attitude and Excellence in Service. We are looking for individuals who will be enthusiastic about committing themselves to our company.
