Rachelle Stephens
 
Rachelle has been a personal trainer for 5 years with certification through AFPA. She is also certified through Les Mills Body Pump, Powder Blue Turbo Kick and Vicious Strength Kettle Bells. In addition, she is a member of the National Physique Committee. Her specialties include bodybuilding and weight loss.
Rachelle is a NPC bodybuilder. In 2009, she placed 1st in the Ronnie Coleman competition. In 2010, she placed 1st overall in the Heart of Texas competition. She also placed 1st overall in the Central Texas Showdown placed 1st in the Las Vegas Classic that same year. 
In her spare time, Rachelle enjoys spending time outdoors, riding four wheelers, motorcycle rides and spending time with her family.
Rachelle’s Fitness Philosophy:
“Each person has specific goals they would like to accomplish. I believe in using all sciences, techniques and experiences at my disposal to tailor a program of exercise and diet. A program specifically for them, so that they are able to realize their specific goals and their true potential, not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well, thus making them healthy in all areas of their lives.”
   
 
Michael Dame
 
Michael is a personal trainer with certification through NASM. He is also working on his CES certification (Corrective Exercise Science). His specialties include bodybuilding, powerlifting, overall health and weight loss.
Michael is a member of the OCB (Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders). He placed 3rd in a natural bodybuilding show in Los Alamos. In his spare time, he enjoys lifting, hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes and anything outdoors. He loves the fitness industry and loves helping people lose weight and reach their goals.

Michael’s Fitness Philosophy:
“Fitness should be a way of life no matter how old you are. Live as long as you can.”
   
 
Lanae Stewart Sofka
 
Lanae is a personal trainer with certification through ASFA. She is also certified in exercise physiology and kettle bells and has an associate’s degree in Liberal Arts. Her specialties include working with women and weights, core training with focus on toning and firming with emphasis on proper form and positive motivation.
Lanae played softball for 15 years. She is now a women’s softball coach and has brought her team to several state championships. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, boating, water skiing and wake boarding with her husband, her 4 daughters and her 4 grandchildren. She enjoys weight training and has recently developed a passion for running. She also is the owner and operator of her own cosmetology business.
Lanae and her husband were the winners of the very first Farmington Challenge. Their daughter, Brittany, has also won in her category for the past two Challenges. Lanae has led several competitors to top finishes in the Farmington Challenge as well.
Lanae’s Fitness Philosophy:
“I highly believe in cross training. Work hard to your own abilities. If it hurts, don’t do it! If it’s hard, work harder! Eat clean and reap the rewards. It is the small things that matter!”
   
 
Herschel Bruce Curley
 
Herschel has been a personal trainer for 2 years with certification through AFAA. He is also certified through dotFIT and is in the process of obtaining his certification through NASM. His specialties include bodybuilding, boxing, weight loss and toning.
Herschel has been a boxer for 2 years. He also started competing in bodybuilding competitions when he was 19 and in 2010, he placed 2nd at the Musclemania Junior LW Championships in Las Vegas, NV. In his spare time, he likes to lift weights for bodybuilding, train for boxing and spend time with his family and friends.
Herschel’s Fitness Philosophy:
“I believe that pursuing and maintaining fitness should be a lifestyle and not a chore. Nutrition, cardiovascular training, resistance training, supplementation and professional assistance are important to obtaining any fitness goal one may have.”
   
 
Christy Clugston
 
Christy is a personal trainer with certification through AFPA. She also has certifications from Water Fit, SilverSneakers, Silversplash, NETA Group, NETA Pilates, Turbo Kick and WETA Kickboxing. Her specialties include weight loss and weight management.
Christy is a member of the Iron Divas and the Children’s Church Ministry. In her spare time, Christy enjoys kicking and participating in fitness competitions. She was also in an infomercial in New York for Turbo Jam.
