Victoria has been a personal trainer for two years with certification through NASM. Her specialties include periodized and functional training which improves strength, endurance and minimizes injury.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys outdoor activities including; snowboarding, rock-climbing and backpacking. She has also participated in numerous races ranging from 5k’s to marathons.
