Defined Fitness is involved in numerous events and activities that meet a variety of Members' and Guests' interests throughout the year. From Member Appreciation Day to local triathlon training, there are many opportunities for you to meet and network with your fellow Members!

Balance, Core and More

This exciting class combines the BOSU trainer and fitballs with Yoga and Pilates exercises to strengthen your core and improve your overall balance.

 
Yoga Buddy Specialty Class

Juan Tabo Club

Bring your child to this 30-minute Yoga class and work out together! (Pre-registration is required.)

Intro to BodyPump

San Mateo Club

This class will teach proper technique and execution of all the exercises in the BodyPump program.
All fitness levels are welcome!
 
Friends and Family Day


Bring in a friend or family member each third Saturday of the month and they get into the gym for free!
