Lanae is a personal trainer with certification through ASFA. She is also certified in exercise physiology and kettle bells and has an associate’s degree in Liberal Arts. Her specialties include weight training for women, core training with focus on toning and firming, emphasis on proper form and positive motivation.
Lanae played softball for 15 years. She is now a women’s softball coach and has brought her team to several state championships. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, boating, water skiing and wake boarding with her husband, her 4 daughters and her 4 grandchildren. She enjoys weight training and has recently developed a passion for running. She also is the owner and operator of her own cosmetology business.
Lanae and her husband were the winners of the very first Farmington Challenge. Their daughter, Brittany, has also won in her category for the past two Challenges. Lanae has led several competitors to top finishes in the Farmington Challenge as well.
Fitness Philosophy: “I highly believe in cross training. Work hard to your own abilities. If it hurts, don’t do it! If it’s hard, work harder! Eat clean and reap the rewards. It is the small things that matter!”
