Stevie Carney
 
Stevie is a Personal Trainer certified with AFAA. Stevie is also a Group Fitness instructor certified with AEA Aqua Aerobics. She is also certified in Silver Sneakers in Muscular Strength & Range of Motion, Silver Splash as well as performing Silver Sneakers Functional Fitness Assessments.

In Stevie’s spare time, she enjoys providing massage therapy for athletes in both pre and post sports events. She also enjoys swimming and taking weekend trips on her motorcycle.
   
 
Michael Dame
 
Michael is Personal Trainer certifed through NASM. He is also working on his CES (Corrective Exercise Science)certification. He specialties include bodybuilding, powerlifting, overall health and weight loss.
Michael is a member of the OCB (Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders) and placed 3rd in the past natural bodybuilding show in Los Alamos. In his spare time, he enjoys lifting, hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes and anything outdoors. He loves the fitness industry and loves helping people lose weight and reach their fitness goals.
Fitness Philosophy: Fitness should be a way of life no matter how old you are. Live as long as you can.  
   
 
 
   
 
Lanae Stewart-Sofka
 
Lanae is a personal trainer with certification through ASFA. She is also certified in exercise physiology and kettle bells and has an associate’s degree in Liberal Arts. Her specialties include weight training for women, core training with focus on toning and firming, emphasis on proper form and positive motivation.
Lanae played softball for 15 years. She is now a women’s softball coach and has brought her team to several state championships. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, boating, water skiing and wake boarding with her husband, her 4 daughters and her 4 grandchildren. She enjoys weight training and has recently developed a passion for running. She also is the owner and operator of her own cosmetology business.
Lanae and her husband were the winners of the very first Farmington Challenge. Their daughter, Brittany, has also won in her category for the past two Challenges. Lanae has led several competitors to top finishes in the Farmington Challenge as well.
Fitness Philosophy: “I highly believe in cross training. Work hard to your own abilities. If it hurts, don’t do it! If it’s hard, work harder! Eat clean and reap the rewards. It is the small things that matter!”
   
 
Jackie Torres
 
Jackie is a Certified Personal/Fitness Trainer certified with ISSA & NCSF and has been training for over 11 years. She is also a Pilates Mat/Reformer instructor certified with Balanced Body University.

Jackie is an adjunct instructor with San Juan College teaching classes in Personal Training and Weight Training and is a Field Trainer with SJRMC.

Jackie enjoys spending time hiking, biking, boating and wave-running with her family. She also enjoys playing sports and loves being outdoors.
