Monique Schuh
 
Monique is a certified personal trainer through the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA) in addition to being certified to teach KinesisTM. Monique has a BS in Family & Consumer Sciences, a Certificate in Gerontology and is a United States Air Force Veteran. Monique has over 5 years of experience in the health and fitness industry that includes working as a personal trainer and owning her own personal training and senior home health care businesses. In her experience Monique has worked with seniors, individuals wanting weight loss, muscle toning, strength, balance, coordination, core strength and those who like circuit style boot camp training. In her spare time Monique enjoys listening to audio books, walking, biking, weight training and spending time with her family and friends.
  

 
Dennis Becker
 
Dennis is s certified personal trainer through the Interactive Fitness Trainers of America (IFTA) in addition to being certified to teach KinesisTM. Dennis is a former United States Marine with experience in tennis and soccer. In his spare time Dennis enjoys trail running, table tennis, working out and reading.
   
 
Michael Donathan
 
 

Michael has as certificate from San Juan College in Exercise Science/Nutrition and is a certified Personal Trainer through FiTour. Michael has extensive experience in body building with honors including; 2008 New Mexico state body building championships 1st place novice division, 2008 Los Alamos OCB championships 2nd place heavyweight division, 2009 Musclemania 2nd place heavyweight division and 2009 Albuquerque OCB championships 3rd place. Michael also has experience working with individuals on their body building and fitness competition preparation. In his spare time Michael enjoys baseball, golf, snowboarding, body building and spending time with his family. In the future Michael would like to continue competing as an amateur body builder and grow in the Personal Training business.

 
Kathleen Cristiani
 
 
Kathleen is a certified Personal Trainer through the International Fitness Professionals Association. She has been a trainer for one year and specializes in weight loss. In her spare time, Kathleen likes cooking, mountain biking and exercising.
Kathleen’s Fitness Philosophy: “Try to get people to understand the components of fitness while making it fun and interesting.”
 
Yolanda Kyriacole
 
 
Yolanda is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (herbal and acupuncture) and specializes in supplements. She is a member of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCADM). In 2010, Yolanda won the Divas 2 Division of The Challenge. In her spare time, she is a host for a student from Seoul, South Korea. She also has an adopted daughter, named Athena, who is also from Seoul.
Yolanda’s Fitness Philosophy: “Always give people more than what they expect to get! Do it with passion. There are no traffic jams along the extra mile.”
Chris Kirkpatrick 
 
Chris is a certified Personal Trainer through ACE and Fitour. He is also a certified level 1 dietician through DotFit. Chris has been a trainer for 4 years, specializing in strength and conditioning, fitness, bodybuilding, weight loss and athletic performance. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active through water skiing, snowboarding and exercising.

Chris has been a competitor in Musclemania. In 2009, he was the heavyweight winner and won 2nd place overall. He also played arena football for 2 years; 1 season with the Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz and 1 season with the New Mexico Wildcats.
