Ed Castillo

Ed has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education in addition to a Personal Training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Ed is also a licensed acupuncturist. Ed has over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry as a club manager, fitness director and owner of a personal training business. In addition to his work experience, Ed has over 15 years of experience in gymnastics as a competitor and coach as well as over 10 years as a martial arts competitor and coach. I his spare time Ed works with traditional Chinese medicine and enjoys coaching competitive body building and fitness competitions.

Julia Garcia

Julia has been a Personal Trainer for 9 years with certification through NSCA and ACE. She also has her BS in Exercise Science. In addition, she is currently working on her NSCA and HKC certification to become a strength and conditioning coach. Julia has her Fitness Technician Certification through CNM, and is a Level 1 Crossfit Kettlebell Instructor.
Julia’s specialties include strength and conditioning, kettle bells and working with special populations. She belongs to IDEA, NSCA, ACSM and ASEP.

Julia is an air force retiree who worked with the military population in fitness training. She also had an internship at the Albuquerque Police Academy, assisting with the physical training of cadets and annual physical assessments for police officers. In her spare time, Julia enjoys mountain biking, hiking and traveling.

Julia’s Fitness Philosophy: “Fitness and health are a lifelong endeavor. Training is about results and crossover into sports and real-life activities.”

Frances Byrne

Frances is a Personal Trainer with certification through ISSA. She has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. In her spare time, Frances enjoys exercising, waterskiing, gardening, event planning, traveling, camping and spending time with her family.
Frances’ Fitness Philosophy: “Fitness is a lifestyle. It is not an option. You have one chance at life; one body. My goal is to motivate others to be the best they can be.”
