Submitting Your Request
We require all donation and sponsorships to be submitted in writing at least 60-days prior to the event or time that the donation is needed. All requests must contain the following information:
- Organization/group/individual requesting donation/sponsorship
- Contact person & information (phone number and email address)
- Any existing relationship or partnership that the organization/group/individual has with Defined Fitness (examples: club membership, corporate membership, employee, vendor, etc.)
- Type of donation (list specifics)
- Event details (date, location, purpose and expected attendance)
- What the donation will be used for
- How Defined Fitness will be recognized for the donation
- All significant deadlines or dates required by the organization/group/individual/event for the request
