Jump right in – the water’s great! We offer low to high intensity aqua fitness classes designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance.

 

Whether you’re trying to maintain your current level of fitness or reach a new level, the added benefit of training in water makes our aqua workouts safe and fun without impact to the joints.

All of our clubs have a state-of-the-art Aquatics Complex.

Adaptive Aquatics or Water Move

This class is designed for people with arthritis or joint challenges, focusing on full range of movement of major joints. BIS

Aqua Challenge

This aqua class workout focuses on core strength that may be conducted in deep water. Flotation equipment provided. IAS

Aqua Fitness

This is a moderate to high intensity workout utilizing the natural resistance of water. This class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. BIAS

Aqua Zumba®

This class integrates the Zumba® formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, and blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. BIS

High NRG (Energy) Aqua Fitness

This is a high and low intensity aqua class, using the natural resistance of water including levels 1, 2 and 3 with rebound movements. This class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. This class is recommended for cross training. IA

SilverSneakers™ Splash

This class is designed to increase agility, range of movement and cardio endurance. BS

WATERInMOTION®

The newest aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular workout that tones and tapers the entire body. With land equivalent intensity,fantastic sing-along quality music, and dynamic instructors, enjoy the ppure fun of this 60 minute water extravaganza.  “Catch the Wave”!
