WHAT IS LES MILLS SPRINT? LES MILLS SPRINT  is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.


BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came in for – and fast!


This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. You’ll strike, punch, kick and kata your way to superior cardio fitness.


This sharp, 30-minute workout will take you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body. This program really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. This is a 45-minute group fitness workout which includes cardio exercise, resistance work, core training, mobility and balance. Great music from the ’70s, ’80s, ’90s and today provide the perfect soundtrack to your workout.
